The current annual production capacity is 5,000 tons，with more than 130 employees,including 2senior engineers and over 20 technical staff of various types. The company covers an area of 20,000 square meters, witha building area of nearly 18,000 square meters, including 6 production workshops.

Equipped with more than 160 advanced processing machines, including CNC thread sleeve lathes, threadmilling machines, compound block grinders, form milling machines,4-axis machining centers, automaticdeep hole grinders，lathes，surface grinders，external cylindrical grinders, band saws,laser markingmachines，vacuum quenching furnaces, and vacuum tempering furnaces. It also possesses advancedtesting equipment such as metallographic analyzers,Taylor surface roughness testers，Mitutoyo heightgauges, coordinate measuring machines,Rockwell hardness testers, and Vickers hardness testers, ensuring100% control over product precision.

The company's predecessor started with the professional manufacturing of core components of twin-screw extruders - threaded components, and deeply cultivated technology in the field of precision manufacturing, laying a solid foundation of process and materials for subsequent machine research and development.
