HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam, September 9, 2026 — The 24th Vietnam International Plastics & Rubber Industry Exhibition (VietnamPlas 2026) is underway at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City. Ma'anshan Huawei Metallurgical Machinery Co., Ltd. Co-organized by Vietnam National Trade Fair & Advertising Joint Stock Company (VINEXAD) and Yorkers Trade & Marketing Service Co., Ltd., and co-supported by the Vietnam Plastics Association (VPA), this year's exhibition covers an area of approximately 22,000 square meters and brings together 650 exhibitors from more than 15 countries and regions, spanning the whole industry chain — plastics and rubber processing machinery, raw and auxiliary materials, molds, automation equipment, and recycling and regeneration. According to data from the Vietnam Plastics Association, Vietnam currently has nearly 6,000 plastics enterprises, of which small and medium-sized enterprises account for about 90%. As the domestic manufacturing base accelerates energy-saving equipment retrofits and material upgrades, demand for highly wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant extruder core components continues to rise.

Huawei Metallurgy has long been dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of wear-resistant, heat-resistant, and corrosion-resistant components for twin-screw extruders. At this exhibition, the Company is showcasing a full range of core components — screw elements, one-piece alloy liners, barrels, screw shafts, mixing elements, shearing elements, and conveying elements — with product diameters covering 12–350 mm, and it supports non-standard customization based on working conditions and customer-supplied samples for reverse measurement. Backed by mature production processes and rigorous quality inspection standards, these products precisely match parallel twin-screw extruder equipment of leading domestic and international brands, helping customers significantly reduce spare-part replacement costs and downtime losses.

2. Materials and Processes Build a Durability Edge

To serve different working conditions — plastic pelletizing, engineering plastic modification, wood-plastic composites, aluminum-plastic composites, lithium battery slurry mixing, puffed food, powder coatings, and more — the Company has built a diversified material system covering WR4, WR5, WR13, WR14, and nickel-based alloys, balancing wear resistance with corrosion resistance. In processing and inspection, 100% of internal splines are checked with spline plug gauges to ensure element interchangeability, and precision machining is performed on CNC equipment. The Company is also equipped with benchtop and handheld spectrometers, Rockwell and Leeb hardness testers, and metallographic sample preparation machines, enabling traceable quality control from raw materials to finished products.

3. From Standalone Components to Turnkey Production Lines

In addition to component supply, Huawei Metallurgy provides production line configuration recommendations, main-machine matching, and full-scope turnkey services for industries that require twin-screw extruders, covering complete line needs for polymer compounding and pelletizing, pipes, profiles, sheets, cast film, and chemical fiber spinning. The Company can also integrate plastic recycling systems (crushing, washing, pelletizing) and automated auxiliary equipment, helping customers shorten the cycles of equipment selection, process commissioning, and capacity ramp-up while reducing trial-and-error costs.
