Single-head conveying element

所属分类: Conveying element

Transition elements are primarily used between two components with different cross-sectional profiles to minimize non-engaged zones and prevent material residue and buildup. Some transition elements also provide a certain degree of conveying and dispersion. Commonly used transition elements are employed, for example, between the feeding section’s SK double-head element and a conventional double-head conveying element, or between a single-head and a double-head conveying element.

Technical Details of Transition Components

Model: Φ18 mm ~ Φ400 mm

Material: N00/W6/HIP/Nickel-based alloy

Performance: Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant

N00: Exhibits excellent toughness, making it suitable for the cutting section; it is resistant to cracking under material impact.

W6: Exhibits excellent wear resistance, making it suitable for material plasticization and conveying.

HIP: Powder metallurgy alloys are available in two grades: H10, which offers high wear resistance, and H9, which provides both wear and corrosion resistance.

Nickel-based alloys: exhibit excellent wear and corrosion resistance.

Transition Component Functions

• Full pinch transition

• No blind spots
